Scope of the Symposium
The 22nd Japan-Korea-Taiwan Symposium on Strongly Correlated Electron Systems will be held at Inamori Hall, Kagoshima University (Korimoto campus), Kagoshima, Japan, from March 15 to March 17, 2024. This series of symposia originally started as a workshop for Korean and Japanese researchers in the field of strongly correlated materials, and they have evolved into trilateral Japan-Korea-Taiwan Symposia, reflecting the growing activities in the research of strongly correlated materials in these three countries.
The purpose of the symposium is to discuss recent progress on a broad range of topics in strongly correlated materials, for example,
* Novel spectroscopy
* Exotic superconductors
* Frustrated magnetism
* Spin-charge-lattice coupled phenomena
* Phenomena related to spin-orbit coupling
* Topological phenomena
* Multiferroics and novel ferroics
* Thermoelectric materials
* Surfaces and interfaces
* Low-dimensional materials
etc.
