JKT22 Poster Session Guideline

 

Poster session will be held in the afternoon on Mar. 15 (Fri). Prior to the poster session, "1 min. Preview" will be held before lunch on the same day. The following information is for poster presenters to prepare the poster session. Please read the following carefully before joining the poster session.

 

■ Schedule

by March 13 (Wed), 2024  submit PowerPoint slide(s) for the Poster Presentation to Google forms.

　13：50～15：50    Poster Presentation

　　　　　　　　　　　13:50-14:50：CORE TIME for ODD poster numbers

　　　　　　　　　　　14:50-15:50：CORE TIME for EVEN poster numbers

*Poster attachment/removal times

Attachment: after 8:30am, March 15 (Fri).

Removal     : by 11:00am, March 17 (Sun).

 

【 1 min. Preview 】

At first, each poster presenter will be given one minute to present their poster in slide(s) of PowerPoint (4:3 aspect ratio). Please prepare your own slides and submit to Google forms by March 13 (Wed).

 

The "1min. Preview" is intended as a promotional opportunity for the presenter to attract audiences. There is no specific instruction, but you are expected to summarize the content of your poster using one or two PowerPoint slides and briefly explain it to all participants within one minute.

 

【 Poster Presentation 】

After the “1 min. Preview", "Poster Presentation" will be held for 2 hours. During your core time, please stay in front of your poster board so that the judges and participants can talk with you.

 

* A0 size (W 841 mm x H 1189 mm) poster is recommended.

* Size of poster panel (Size of board section)：W 880 mm × H 1500 mm

* Poster pins are available at the venue.

* Please write your name (underline the presenter if more than one name is mentioned), affiliation, job title or academic year at the top of your poster or in other easily recognizable places.

* Please take your posters home with you and do not leave or dispose them at the venue.
